In Windows you can't use video stream from your webcamera for several applications simultaneously
WebCamSplitter is a utility that allows you to bypass the Windows restriction on simultaneous use of a single webcam by several applications.
To bypass this ban, the program installs its own webcam driver, which will need to be selected as a video source in the appropriate programs (the driver is called Verysoft WebCamSplitter). Once it takes control of the webcam device, it streams a video through the virtual driver and divides the stream into several streams.
In addition to providing several useful functions, the program provides a number of other features. The program allows you to transfer images from your desktop or play media files, zoom, right and left, save frames to JPEG, change color, put text on your output, and much more.
