Vitrite is a free program that you can use to control the transparency of Windows windows by yourself. The most important step in setting the transparency of a window is to make it active, then press Ctrl+Shift+any digit in the top row of keys to select one of the possible nine degrees of transparency. Select this program and try typing either Ctrl+Shift+plus sign, or Ctrl+Shift+ plus sign if you want to "stack up other windows". Upon activation of the program, it sits in the system tray of Windows.

This is a surprising application for me. Sometimes it becomes extremely useful to have this tool installed. As your Windows window moves manually, it can be adjusted to give more transparency to the window. free program already optimizes transparency settings according to a scale ranging 10 to 90%. The program does not use a great deal of resources and relies on few resources.
