Virtual Serial Port ActiveX Control, a USB -> Serial/COM/RS-232/DB9/DB25 Port Emulation Tool for Windows
Virtual Serial Port ActiveX Control is a COM port emulation tool developed for Windows operating systems by Eltima Software. In order to transmit data from legacy devices, that still require serial inputs, to virtual serial ports based on Windows, this feature enables it. No COM/RS-232/DB9/DB25 port required! In order to use, simply set up a virtual port and when Windows detects a new serial port, log in using a USB connection. Lastly, download the software, create an enclosure and let Windows see a new serial port.> serial/com/rs-232/db9/db25 cable. Furthermore, if you encounter problems with the data transfer or need to check the speed or bit count, you might need to run a modification of the software. Then, as soon as your software has executed, run the command to uninstall the port.
With it developers' tools can be used as well as the standard Windows directory navigation and function.
