Tune Sweeper

Tune Sweeper is software that searches through iTunes for songs and identifies any duplicate songs for removal to free up space. A second feature is that it also locates music that's stored on a hard drive and does not appear on iTunes and adds it to the hard drive. Upon finding duplicate tracks, there can be a lot of effort involved in scanning a detailed report for which to choose or unselect which to exclude. For one-When time users come to understand the track suggestions deleting and why is suggested, they can benefit from familiarity with the layout. In addition to track duration, artist, listening frequency and other factors, users can categorize the list according to what track they prefer.

Downloading tracks, which may lack the appropriate details, can be done in the Internet as well as adding other track details to a missing item. You do not always see the updated artwork in the app when you make an update to it, whether it be an update of the artwork or information missing. However, if you decide to continue and download the information, then it is now included in your download. Alternatively, a given track's misidentified tags could be corrected using iTunes' tool. Tune Sweeper will even provide statistics on the composition of iTunes songs and usage. An example might be to display a breakdown of a lot of genres played in the search bar along with links to top-ranking artists. There will also be a breakdown of the release year for each of the songs available to view on social media.

Due to its tabbed interface, it's easy to see how different functions can be utilized (identifying duplicates versus identifying lost tracks). Depending on what time of year users want to clean out their iTunes tracks, the app will run in the background or you can choose to run it in the foreground. However, each time the app conducts an iTunes search, it takes a long time to do so. A trial version is available to view app abilities and visualize the different functions, but not all features can be performed until the paid version is unlocked.
