SciTE is an assembly of the text editor of the same name created by the Ru-Board community. There is a syntax highlight feature for HTML,CSS, JavaScript,C,C++, C#, Basic, Assembler, Java, etc. SciTE allows you to work with several documents simultaneously, use the command line, open up to 100 tabs with different files and save sessions. With open tabs you can enable hotkeys, search by date and place of death, as well as replace text. By combining text blocks, replacing abbreviations and other labels quickly and using settings files, users can reduce code. As part of this program, we can control our applications and scripts using external devices and programming tools.object.

If you are a more experienced coder, then this is for you. If you want to keep all your tabs straight while multitasking, this tool makes it much easier. A person that I know that does coding might be inclined to recommend this to others. There would be no newbie here, for sure.
