Satellite Finder is a satellite dish orientation application. Simply enter a city name or your zip code into this program and Satellite Finder will generate a list of geostationary satellites with the corresponding coordinates for you. You can see its name, location, as well as its azimuth and other characteristics. The satellite data that is available is also based on your actual geographical coordinates, rather than the city or postcode address you specify. Your satellite data and information can both be added and edited in this program.

Upon entering your city or zip code, the satellite finder will sweep databases and information online along with your satellite's position in the sky, so that you may use the telescope or perhaps the naked eye to view it. This lets you know the name and some characteristics of a satellite, as well as its position on earth.
