Regmon is an application that monitors the calls of programs running on your computer to the system registry. The registry keys can be filtered to monitor only certain registry functions, and an event logging function is available.

The task manager or system settings are two systems you can use to accomplish this. While it may be useful to download a program and force your computer to run one only for a short time, it would seem useless otherwise. Despite not knowing the all the functions of the application, if it weren't for you, I would tell you what they actually do.
I don't know what this software does, but it seems like it protects the software from unwanted changes or Malware. In my opinion, however, it certainly sounds like a good, right product for someone that needs it.
Currently, Process Monitor is the only program that provides downloading of RegMons. It is currently impossible to use this software to its maximum potential. To switch from RegMon to some other monitoring tools, such as PortMon, DiskMon, process monitor, debug view, etc., then we need a switch. By running these utilities, we can monitor and display all serial and parallel port activity on the system. RegMon is not my recommendation.
