OpenCV, short for Open Source Computer Library, is a great computer vision and machine learning tool. It is available on Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X. In iOS and Android with Javascript, you can also run it on those platforms. There are over twenty plus features of this program.five hundred algorithms. It can be used in numerous ways, including facial recognition, detecting objects, tracking their movement, and extracting a 3D model of them. Automating mine equipment monitoring, detecting security intrusions in surveillance videos, and assisting robots in finding and picking up objects are some common uses. These are some of the best libraries I have ever found for C++. Despite the many API options, C, Python, and Java support are provided. It is open-This software, which has already been built, has no cost for anyone else to use. It will be useful to anyone who already knows the program. The reason I wouldn't recommend this course to amateur users is that it can be difficult to understand without a sense of coding, just by listening. You can be very sure that it will be updated by a very active community.
In addition to its BSD license, it is easily adapted for use by businesses. A total of 18 million downloads are estimated to be made. Government agencies, universities, and companies all use it in some fashion. C++ is the language of choice for this program. Having a very modern templated interface, which works just as well for STL containers is really impressive.
In closing, I think it is one of the best libraries I have come across that is well written. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone that knows how to play around with it. There have been continuous improvements to this brilliant product.
