When you open a Sisulizer project following items are visible on the application desktop:
Toolbars on the top side of the main view provide shortcuts of most important menu items. You can configure the toolbars by using the context sensitive menu. To access the menu right click the background area of the toolbar.
Project tree locates on the left side of the main view. It contains all sources that have been added to the project. The top level nodes are the sources. Each source can contains zero or more sub nodes. They represent the structure of the source.
You can configure the sources and nodes by choosing the context sensitive menu. To access menu right click any item on the tree.
Some sources contain nodes that can be visually edited. In such a case Sisulizer shows the selected item on a visual editor. It is located on the upper right side of the main view.
Visual editor and translation sheet have been linked to each other. If you select an item on the editor the corresponding row in the sheet gets selected. Similarly if you select a row in the sheet the corresponding item gets selected in the visual editor. You can configure the visual editor by choosing the context sensitive menu. To access menu right click visual editor. Sisulizer contains several visual editors. They are form and dialog editor, HTML editor, XML editor, source code editor and Ini-file editor.
Translation sheet is located on the lower right side of the main view. The sheet is used to enter translations.
The sheet shows all elements of the item (e.g. project, source or node) that has been selected in the project tree. Each element is located on its own row. Translation sheet contains several shortcuts that make working faster. As the project tree the translation grid also has a context sensitive menu. You can configure the sheet by choosing the context sensitive menu. To access menu right click sheet. Read more about working with translation sheet.
Filter panel is located on the right side of the translation sheet.
You can use it to quickly change the active filtering. You can hide the panel by unchecking View | Filter Panel menu item.
The bottom side of the main view contains the panes.
The panes are:
Pane | Description |

Output | This is the output area. It contains log entries of the most recent operation such as build operation. |
Validation Results | This is the validation result list. It contains the validation results. |
Find Results | This is the find result list. It contains the find matches. |
Statistics | This contains online statistics about the selected node. |
Node Comments | This is an area for node comments. It contains the comments of the selected node. |
Text Editor | This contains the original and translated value of the selected row. Use this if the length of the item is so large that it is hard to edit it on the grid. |

Status bar is the most bottom side of the main view.
It provides information about the selected item. You can hide the status bar by unchecking View | Status bar menu item.
