Sisulizer does not require any DLL files or COM objects. All code is linked into Sisulizer application: Sisulizer.exe. However Sisulizer can use several DLL files and COM objects. These are typically interface libraries for third party services such as spell check engines, translation memories and machine translators. If it is technically possible to access third party service without DLL or COM Sisulizer always uses it. Unfortunately sometimes DLL or COM is the only interface to the service. In that case Sisulizer uses them but they are always dynamically loaded when needed. This means that Sisulizer uses them if they are present. If not it only disables that feature of Sisulizer, not whole Sisulizer application.
