Ogg Vorbis is a program designed to compress audio files in Vorbis format, which is similar in functionality and quality to such codecs as AAC, AC3 and VQF, but has a higher compression ratio than MP3. With this software, the sound quality can degrade over time as the program is compressed.

In the OGGBIS software program, you make a computer program that performs some musical tasks by transferring the data onto a very high quality computer hard drive whereas with MP3 files, the data takes a very short time to process. It was a musical file to change into a stereoscopic format while still having low quality.
