IObit Unlocker is a utility designed to work with locked files. It enables you to release any unused space in your folders or files, which can then be deleted or modified later. Very often, when you delete a file or folder, Windows displays a message such as "Cannot delete a file: No access", "Cannot delete a folder because it is being used by another user or program", or another error that prevents the deletion or modification of the file. With IObit Unlocker, these problems can easily be solved by freeing the file or folder from "busy" system processes or services.

Use the context menu item corresponding to the "Unlocked" button if the file must be moved to the working space of the main window of the program.

- Easy to use: just right-If the file or folder you've selected cannot be unlocked via the unlock button; choose the lock-value option, and then drag the mouse to unlock it.

- Add and drop the addition of a file with assistance from dragging and dicing;

- Having access to the same folder or group of files.

- It has high speeds.

As you may expect from an unlocker program, IOBit Unlocker has a few downsides. When it's possible that a file is being used in some capacity by another person, should I delete/modify the file?? I don't know...Possibly this tool can cause some issues, since the file in question appears to be locked for some inexplicable reason. the software really necessary?
