Software offered by IntelliType Pro allows you to reset many key combinations to an open program, a file, or a Web page or to perform commands, such as search. You can assign keys to different applications depending on whether or not you use them. CAPS LOCK, for example, will occasionally be disabled when you accidentally press it.
