FreeCap is a free program that allows you to forward connections through a SOCKS server. It intercepts Winsock API calls and redirects connection requests based on DLL implementation for externally implemented processes. Due to the fact that not all programs can be directly integrated with SOCKS.proxies (e.g. Internet Explorer), FreeCap will be extremely useful for performing the required operations.
