Filter Forge

Filter Forge is a program that is a set of filters for photos. The tool can be used to create stylish images and original drawings. File -Open the photo using File -Open the photo via File - OpenImage. From the right side of the interface you will see the effects. Each group is broken down into subcategories that each give a different sample effect in total. Any effect can be adjusted according to its parameters in addition to the physical parameters of the effect.

From Creative Effects, Distortions, Frames, Misc to Photos, there are several Photo types to choose from. There is no separation between the two.
