Everything is a program for quick search of files and folders by their names. Everything uses only file and folder names for searching, which provides extremely high search speed. Your computer needs just a few seconds for the program to index all files. One minute will be needed to index, for instance, a million Everything files. In the background, files within the program are constantly updating. A file with a change is displayed in that background. The search begins after you click on the search option. Use the special field to write the file name. There is an immediate display of the search results. Use Boolean operators (AND, OR, NOT), masks (*), regular expressions, create folders and file types with file types, check with the computer. An image's file name, extension, path, size, and other characteristics are displayed in the Findfile list. To enable, disable, or filter various directories from the search, you can set the setting for operating or disabling tracking of changes in the file system. Only two disadvantages exist with the program - it is a non-contact program. Only using the NTFS file system will provide support for searching, but you cannot search files by their contents if you use any other methods. This application can be Russified by unzipping the language pack, restarting the program, going to the Tools / Options / General menu, and choosing a language from the dropdown list.
