I am can truly critique products such as Calibre Portable, simply the ability to manipulate the fonts, sizing, and file type really make it more user friendly for anyone who may or may not be familiar with these types of softwares.
This is awesome, I don't read physical books or e-books, but I can honestly say I'm sure it would help to be able to edit the font or change anything that was hard to read or change things around, maybe if you want to read 50 shades of grey, but don't want someone thinking you read that book, maybe change the title to The Great Gatsby! That would be great!
the calibre portable can be run on any windows computer running atleastwindows vista
This is very interesting software you can download to manipulate the primary details of most reading material. You are also able to search for specific content within it's program which could prove very useful especially for students. Overall, I believe this software is both helpful and a tool worth having in your possession.
Calibre is simply essential for anyone with a large ebook collection, especially if you gather ebooks from several sources.
It allows all metadata to be edited, from Title, author and series title to the cover art and the ISBN. You can create collections within Calibre to help with organisation of your books.
You can also convert files, for example if you change from an ebook reader that supports MOBI files to one that doesn't, you can convert to epub and continue reading. It also makes pdfs easier to read on ebook readers.
Thoroughly recommended.

This device is very effective for populations of people in the '20s and 30's age groups and can serve as a convenient device to allow all of one's libraries and settings to be in one place, which is very efficient and allows these users to get the most out of their space and not have to carry as many items as often. This is an outstanding product.
I do not love this program. I think that it is not very user friendly I do not like the platform.I would use other programs before this program. I would give this program a 3 out of 5 stars. Maybe I am not the right consumer for this particular program but I just failed to see its value. I would like to give it another try to see if maybe I would like it more.

I have downloaded this software to manage my e-books. It has a simple interface and is very easy to hover through.

Its interface has multiple details of an e-book like title, author, rating, published date, etc.

This is the best available software for managing your e-books. It allows you to pretty much do anything you want on your device. You can convert different formats and it is so easy to use.

There is a long list of devices that it works with, therefore everyone should be able to use it. You can use Calibre with the internet to allow you to add images, covers and information for each of the books you own. It allows you to also convert ebooks to work with each of your different devices. Not only does it work with ebooks, you can also use it for magazines, news articles, etc.
Has everything you'll need to manage your ebooks, and more features that you'll be glad they included. This really is a software that will have all the tools you need to edit, convert files, read, store, and organize your ebooks. It has alot of features I still am figuring out it has even to this day! It's a great, stable software and performs better than almost all other programs out there available to use.
I believe, based on the description of the product, that this would work extremely well for well organized e-book readers. Since it works as a library, it will be easier to find all e-books in one place. You can even download magazines and stay up-to-date with news with Calibre Portable. There is a plugin feature that allows the user to add something they need if the product itself doesn't have it available. It's easy to navigate through, with very little complications.
