How do I use the Update and Upgrade Calculator?

The Update and Upgrade Calculator helps you to update to Sisulizer 3 and/or upgrade to a higher edition of Sisulizer. Regarding the license key you entered you will see one of these results in the table below. If possible the calculator will also offer you an upgrade to a higher edition of Sisulizer.

Will Sisulizer 1.x license keys be accepted by the calculator?

It depends

Yes, if you did never updated to Sisulizer V2008/2010. The calculator will offer you a double-step update.

No, if you updated your Sisulizer 1.x license to Sisulizer V2008/2010. Please use the Sisulizer V2008/2010 license key in the calculator.

We have Multiple Licenses. Can we use the Update and Upgrade Calculator?

If you got multiple license keys in one purchase you only need to enter one of these license keys and the system will try to indentify your purchase. There are license combinations the Update and Upgrade Calculator can not handle. If the have the feeling the calculator result is wrong or does not match your license situation please contact Sisulizer Sales. We will be more than happy to create a tailor-made offer for you.

The calculator does not find my license key, but I'm sure it is legal and correct. What went wrong?

In this case you most probably:

• Entered a Sisulizer V1 license key and already updated this to Sisulizer V2008/V2010 in the past. Please find your most current V2008/V2010 license key in your emails by Sisulizer or ShareIt and retry.
• Entered a license key that you used to upgrade to a higher edition of Sisulizer. Please find your most current license key in your emails by Sisulizer or ShareIt and retry.

Where do I find my license key?

You find your license key either in an email you got from Share-It or from us directly. You can also find your current license key if you open Help - Register... in your Sisulizer installation.

The Update and Upgrade Calculator does not create a matching offer?

In case the offer created by the automatic process does not meet your needs please contact Sisulizer Sales.

The fine print

European VAT: Licenses delivered to Germany or other European Union countries will be charged a 19% value-added tax (Mehrwertsteuer). No VAT will be charged to deliveries to other EU countries if a valid EU VAT ID is given in the order process.

Discounts are valid for all incoming paid orders until Feb, 29 2012.
