When Sisulizer converts projects made with other localization tool into Sisulizer project it first creates similar project file and them imports existing translations into that.
Translations can be imported from two different sources. They are:
| Value | Description |
|---|---|
| Import from existing localized files | Sisulizer imports translations from existing localized files. Importing is done by context sensitive way so it is very accurate. This feature imports all kind of data such as strings, changed user interface element positions and sizes, fonts, etc. |
| Import from project file | Sisulizer imports translations from project file of another tool (e.g. .mpr). Importing is done by original value matching. This might import incorrectly those string that have been translated in many different ways. This feature imports only strings. |
It is recommended to have both checked. This way Sisulizer first imports from existing localized files and them from project file. This makes Sisulizer to use the translation from the localized file first and the project translation only if the localized file does not contain translation but the project files does.
Specifies the importing options. Possible values are:
| Value | Description |
|---|---|
| Import also those items where the translated value equals to the original value | If checked Sisulizer imports the item even if its translated value equals to the original value. If unchecked Sisulizer does not import item if its translated value equals to the original value. This is used only when importing from existing localized files. |
