Exchange Wizard - Filter
Use this sheet to specify what rows are included visible in the exchanage package. A visible row is shown in the editing sheet and the translator can change it's values. A hidden row is included to the project but it is not shown in the editing sheet and that why the translator can not change it.
Translation status
Specifies how rows are included as visible based on their translation status. Those strings that have one of selected translation statuses will be included as visible to the package. By default all statuses are selected. Uncheck those statuses that you do not want to include. Possible values are:

|---|---|
| Not translated | Include those items that has Not translated status. |
| Best guess | Include those items that has Best guess status. |
| Auto translated | Include those items that has Auto translated status. |
| Translated | Include those items that has Translated status. |
| For review | Include those items that has For review status. |
| Complete | Include those items that has Complete status. |
Row status
Specifies how rows are included as visible based on their row status. Those rows that have one of the selected statuses will be included as visible to the in the package. Uncheck those statuses that you do not want to include. Possible values are:

| New | Include those rows that has New status. |
| Unused | Include those rows that has Unused status. |
| In use | Include those rows that has In use status. |
| Changed | Include those rows that has Changed status. |
Data types
Specifies how rows are included as visible based on their data type. Check those data types that you want to be visible in the exchanged project.
Other
Read only specifies how rows are included as visible based on their read only state. Possible values are:
| Value | Description |
|---|---|
| No filter | Both read only and editable rows are visible. |
| Read only | Only read only strings are visible. |
| Not read only | Only editable rows are visible. |
Special specifies how row included as visible based on their duplicate status. Possible options are:
| Value | Description |
|---|---|
| No filter | All duplicated strings are visible. |
| All duplicate rows | Only the first string from the duplica group is visible. |
| Duplicate rows which has been translated in different ways | Only the first string and all the other strings having customized properties (e.g. maximum lenght or notes) are visible. |
