What do I get if I order Sisulizer?

You will get a serial number by email that you will use to convert the download version of Sisulizer in your licensed Sisulizer edition.

No dongle is required to use our software for localization and translation!

All prices are in Euro.

European VAT: Licenses delivered to Germany or other European Union countries will be charged a 19% value-added tax (Mehrwertsteuer). No VAT will be charged to deliveries to other EU countries if a valid EU VAT ID is given in the order process.

Orders from Japan

Orders from Japan are exclusively handled by our Japanese partner ActivePoint. You can not use our shop system if you are ordering from Japan.

Before you return Sisulizer

There are millions of different configurations of computers on the market and we do our best to keep up with them. If you have problems running the software, the answer may be a simple e-mail or forum post away. Our professional and trained support staff have a great deal of knowledge and are happy to help out when you need it.

Authorize your return

Before we can authorize a return, we require that you try resolving the problem with our support staff. If you have a support question, please visit our support forum. The developers of Sisulizer join the forum and try to solve any problem as soon as possible.

If we cannot solve your problem, we would be happy to refund your order.

Updates, Upgrades and Crossgrades

All minor updates are free. Please use the Search for Update option in Sisulizer or during installation to check if you have the most recent version.

Release upgrades (e.g. version 2008 to version 2009) will be available for about 35% of the full license price.

If you purchased Sisulizer 30 days before an upgrade (e.g. version 2008 to version 2009) then your upgrade will be free of charge. Please contact us with your full purchase info to get your free serial.

If you purchased Sisulizer 31 to 90 days before an upgrade please contact us with your full purchase info for a discount code.

If you switch from some other software localization tool to Sisulizer please contact us with the name of the product you are currently using for a cross-upgrade offer.
